Papaya Salad

Test bud on fire🔥🔥🔥?

Papaya Salad with salted crab and Pla-Ra and order Ped-Ped (damn spicy)

Omg who dont know Som-Tum? You probably have Thai food before and had been order a papaya salad for the table to share.

In my version, Som-Tum Pla-Ra is one of the best papaya salad on the menu you can get at Farmhouse Kitchen and Daughter Thai kitchen. It tasted like crunchy, airy, salty and intensely spicy. I alway go with a sticky rice and crispy pork belly.

Let make it!

2 cups Shedded papaya

3 each red eye bird chili

3 cloves of garlic

1 tbs brown sugar

2 tbs Pla-Ra(fermented fish sauce)

1 teaspoon salted crab paste

1 tbs fish sauce

2 tbs lime juice

1/3 cup cut green bean

6 each cherry tomato

1/2 each Roma tomato(slice)

Step 1

Hand shedded papaya and wash it with cold water. Drain well.

Step 2

Use Thai Mortar to smash Thai chili and garlic about 80%. Add fermented fish sauce, salted crab paste, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar and mix well. Add shedded papaya, tomatoes, green mix mix mix

Ta Daaaaa Papaya Salad is ready!
