Who doesn’t want a Mango Sticky Rice? Come on! You can’t say NO to it!
The are three main component for a Mango Stick Rice
- Coconut sauce
Serving for 4-6 people
3 cups white sticky rice
1/2 cup black sticky rice
5 cups coconut milk
6 oz palm sugar
18 oz white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 each pandas leaves
4 Sweet Mango
Step 1 Mix rice together and soak the rice with cold water overnight
Step 2 Making a coconut sauce. Medium pot with medium heat. Add coconut milk, palm sugar, sugar, salt and Pandas leaves. Bring it to boil then low down the heat and let’s it cook another 5 minutes.
Step 3 steam a rice until cook. It should take about 18-20 minutes
Step 4 Transfer a sticky rice to a mixing bowl then add 80% of a coconut sauce (Keep the 20% for topping before serve) Clover with plastic wrap for 20 minutes.
Step 5 work on the mango (Use your imagination)
Ready to serve!
